TRAINING OBJECTIVES AND LEARNING OUTCOMES FOR THE MASTER OF LAW PROGRAM
General Objectives
The research-oriented Master's program in Economic Law aims to meet the needs of learners, helping them master specialized knowledge in economic law, access new legal issues; acquire appropriate scientific research methods and professional skills for professional activities; develop the capacity to work independently, creatively, discover, explore, and solve problems in the field of economic law; effectively utilize specialized knowledge in economic law to perform tasks in various positions, and be able to continue their studies at the doctoral level after completing some supplementary foundational knowledge as required by the doctoral program. At the same time, this training program aims to provide a highly qualified workforce in economic law for the entire country.
Specific Objectives
1.2.1. Regarding Knowledge
The training program equips learners with comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the theory and practice of economic law, updating them with modern legal knowledge about the economic legal environment both domestically and internationally. At the same time, the training program aims to equip learners with systematic legal thinking to help them effectively approach and solve research and practical problems in economic law.
1.2.2. Regarding Skills
The training program equips and enhances learners with the professional and supplementary skills necessary for legal scientific research, legal practice, participation in the process of building, perfecting, disseminating and educating about law; and applying the acquired knowledge to practical activities in the agencies and organizations where they work.
Regarding Moral Qualities:
Students possess the necessary professional moral qualities of a lawyer, demonstrating professional responsibility, a serious and proper attitude towards their profession, and consistently adhering to professional rules; they consciously respect and strictly comply with the law, while proactively disseminating and educating others about the law.
Students possess strong political qualities; they are ready to serve the people in the process of carrying out their professional activities;
Regarding Professional Qualifications and Competencies:
After graduating from this training program, students will have a solid foundation in economic law, mastering and skillfully applying basic skills for economic law research as well as for effective legal practice. Students will be able to work independently and creatively in a globalized context and have the capacity to identify and solve problems within their field of study; They are capable of working in research, teaching, consulting, and policy planning positions, or other positions within the field of law, specializing in economic law; and may continue to participate in doctoral training programs.
