LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM
2.1. Knowledge
Learners understand and apply basic knowledge of philosophy and legal science as a foundation for acquiring specialized knowledge in economic law;
Learners apply, analyze, and synthesize basic knowledge to solve in-depth theoretical and practical problems in economic law;
Learners are able to apply, analyze, synthesize, and evaluate in-depth knowledge of economic law according to research orientation;
Learners are able to analyze, evaluate, and critique regulations and policies of the Party and the State on economic law;
Learners have sufficient foreign language skills, especially English, to use effectively in studying, researching, and practicing law, meeting the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Students will possess basic information technology skills to support their professional activities after graduation;
Students will successfully write and defend their graduation thesis.

Skills in analyzing and evaluating issues in the field of economic law; Skills in legal consulting and education; Skills in researching, synthesizing, and processing information;

The ability to think systematically when approaching and handling issues related to economic law;
The ability to independently update new legal knowledge, analyze, and evaluate issues in the field of economic law;
Capable of researching and identifying new issues, proposing recommendations and solutions regarding economic law to competent agencies and organizations;
Possesses enhanced professional practice skills, proactively and creatively applying in-depth knowledge of economic legal science in resolving practical cases related to economic law in particular and law in general.

2.4. Potential Positions or Jobs for Graduates
Graduates with a Master's degree in Economic Law (research-oriented) will have the competence and skills to perform professional work in positions such as:
Working at investigative agencies, prosecutor's offices, courts, and civil enforcement agencies; working in legal affairs at elected bodies, government agencies at all levels, political organizations, socio-political organizations; social organizations, and professional social organizations;
After fulfilling the legally required conditions, graduates can establish law offices, law firms, notary offices, bailiff offices, or work for organizations providing legal consulting services such as: law firms, notary offices; consultants in companies, legal specialists in state agencies; in-house lawyers, legal advisors in companies and businesses requiring highly qualified personnel in the field of economic law;
Work for non-governmental, intergovernmental, or international organizations;
Teach and conduct research at research or training institutions in economic law such as universities, research institutes, and training and research centers.
